Hello world!

Welcome to the blog for Zi Zai Dermatology!  Chinese herbs have been used for thousands of years – those I understand.  But blogging is brand new to me – this is my first post.  Hang in there with me while I figure this all out.

My plan is to give you cool info about skin care and about herbal medicine.  I hope to provide insights and tips – stuff that is useful to you to improve the health of your skin (and the quality of your life).    I have studied Chinese medicine since 1996.  I currently maintain a private practice in Fort Collins, Colorado where I treat a wide variety of illnesses using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.  Zi Zai Dermatology is my new company – we hand craft skin care products that are formulated with wonderful Chinese herbs.

“Zi Zai” means to be free of restrictions and limitations.  Our goal at Zi Zai Dermatology is to create products that help your skin break free from its limitations (itchiness, redness, dryness, etc.).  The goal of this blog is to give you information that can help you break free from the limitations in your life.  A lofty goal, I suppose.  But I don’t plan to waste my time here.  We’ll start with skin health and go from there.  You in?

Zi Zai!
